Wright State University Homecoming Weekend 2012, October 12–14

Do you know a high school student who is starting the college search process? Share your stories about Wright State and encourage them to schedule a campus visit. They will learn about academics, campus life, scholarships, the admissions process, and much more.

The 2012–13 basketball season kicks off Friday, November 2, when the men’s basketball team plays Central State in an exhibition game.

The week was filled with fun activities for Raiders of all ages.

Music has always been a part of life for Kris Kropff. She received a half-size guitar for Christmas at the age of 3 and began taking piano lessons after school every day when she was 5. In the fifth grade, she started to play the saxophone because she liked the sax solos in Pink Floyd.

Come join us for Holidays in the Heartland, Wright State's annual musical celebration of Thanksgiving and Veteran's Day, at the Schuster Center in downtown Dayton.

For the first time in 43 years, Rockafield House will serve Wright State in a different capacity.

Attained her bachelor of science degree in nursing in 1978 from Wright State University followed by her master of science in rehabilitation/community health nursing from Wright State in 1982. In so doing, Martinez was the first Hispanic American to graduate from both of these degree track programs in nursing at Wright State.

For over four decades the Wright State University Alumni Association has been committed to supporting student scholarships. In today’s economy, as state and federal funding continue to decrease, private dollars for scholarships are needed now more than ever before.
