Wright State University’s 17th annual ARTSGALA is scheduled for Saturday, April 9, 2016. Regarded as one of the area’s premier arts events, ARTSGALA draws nearly 800 patrons each year.

On Saturday, February 6, 2016, the Wright State University Alumni Association Board of Directors approved the establishment of a Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer (LGBTQ) and Ally Alumni Society at its quarterly Board meeting.

Recently, the Alumni Association caught up with Morgan O’Brien, ’07 who graduated from Wright State with a master’s degree in International and Comparative Politics. O’Brien has served his country in varying capacities, including his current position at the U.S. Department of State. O’Brien talks with us about his service, his current through the State Department facilitating the international growth of the NBA, and advice to current Wright State students.
