Hundreds of alumni from across the country listened to and interacted with Wright State President David R. Hopkins in the first virtual alumni event for the university, Wright State on the Road 2.0.
Gerald L. Freisthler graduated from Wright State University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science degree in systems engineering from the College of Engineering and Computer Science. In 1994, he received a master’s degree in engineering management from the University of Dayton.
Jeff Hoagland graduated from Wright State University in 2000 with a Master of Urban Administration degree from the College of Liberal Arts. He is the president and CEO of the Dayton Development Coalition (DDC). The Coalition is the Dayton Region’s economic development organization and principle public advocate.
Joanne Li, professor and chair of the Department of Finance at Towson University in Maryland, has been named dean of Wright State University’s Raj Soin College of Business.
Dayton will host Wright State on the Road 2.0-A Virtual Event on Wednesday May 30th at 6pm EST at Wright State University, Apollo Room in the Student Union with virtual watch parties around the country.
