Mulk Raj received his Ph.D. in India in 1993 and earned his master’s in mental health counseling from Wright State University in 2004 at the age of 71. Mulk is a veteran of four wars. His first visit to the United States was in 1964. Mulk was honored with the highest sports award by the president of India in 1965.
