2012 Volunteer Service Award recipient William T. Koogler Bio

Tom Koogler graduated from Wright State University in 1971 with a Bachelor of Science from the College of Engineering and Computer Science. He retired in 2009 from Wright Patterson Air Force Base after 37 years of service.  His most recent position at Wright Patterson was Executive Director of the Air Force Security Assistance Center. He was responsible for supporting and advising the commander in the overall operation and administration of the Center by providing guidance, coordination and work direction.  He assisted the commander in managing foreign military sales programs with totals
