Alumni Profiles: Lilah H. Findley, ’05 and Satyam Kantamneni, ’03

Lilah H. Findley, ’05 B.A. 

Lilah Findley is from Warren, Ohio, and graduated from Warren G. Harding High School in 2001. She was involved in several extracurricular activities in high school including adapted aquatics (swimming with handicapped children) and a health education program teaching young children about health and wellness. 

Findley graduated from Wright State University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in social work. While at Wright State, she was president of Peer 2 Peer, a program teaching classes on health and wellness, including drug, alcohol, and sexual health topics. Findley worked as a personal assistant to several students with disabilities and did her social work internship at the AIDS Resource Center Ohio, where she assisted with case management. Findley has been a licensed social worker since 2005. 

After graduation, Findley worked for the Greene County Combined Health District from 2005 to 2009. There, she focused on sexual health and wellness education and HIV testing/counseling/education. Since 2009, she has worked at Samaritan Behavioral Health as a therapist for children in the YCATS program (Young Children’s Assessment and Treatment Services). Findley’s clients are six years old and younger with developmental, behavioral and social-emotional difficulties. In this line of work, she does intensive group therapy, individual therapy, and assessments. Another component to her job is mental health consultation at local daycare centers to assist with social-emotional and behavioral concerns. 

Findley has volunteered with Planned Parenthood, House of Bread, and other local community organizations. After her internship at the AIDS Resource Center Ohio, she continued to volunteer for the agency and is a current member of their associate board.  She is an active member and secretary of the Wright State Social Work Alumni Society.


Satyam Kantamneni, ’03 M.S.Eg. 

Satyam Kantamneni received his Master of Science degree in human factors engineering from Wright State University in 2003, and is also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s General Management Program. He often writes and speaks about design and customer experience.

Kantamneni is a design leader with more than a decade of experience building and guiding the product user experience for several fortune 500 companies. Over this time, he has had significant impact on the product user experience at PayPal, Fidelity Information Systems, and Siemens where he held varying user experience positions.

Kantamneni is currently the senior director of customer experience at Citrix, where he leads product design for the company’s flagship enterprise products. As a design leader, he has been instrumental in building PayPal’s India Design Center from the ground up, as well as the Citrix Product Design group in California, of which he is a founding member.
