Model United Nations Teaching and Learning to be Globally Aware and Engaged

Wednesday, March 5, at noon, Student Union, Room E163A

The Model UN program has resulted in the highest recognition possible for 34 consecutive years, competing against as many as 250 teams from around the world.

Donna M. Schlagheck, Ph.D., chairperson of the Department of Political Science and faculty sponsor for the past 26 years, will explain the program's success and how the experience has benefited the students who participate. The 2014 head delegates, Hanna Tarbert and Kuyer Fazekas, will present student perspectives.

The Dayton Council of World Affairs, the Wright State Alumni Association, and the Wright State Friends of the Libraries join the Wright State University Retirees Association in sponsoring the program.
