Alumni Service Days in Dayton and Celina

Nearly 40 alumni, students, faculty, and staff joined the Alumni Association for A Day of Service.

In Dayton, our volunteers worked on a service project at the Beaver Creek Wetlands on Saturday, April 13. Volunteers removed invasive plants from the adjacent meadow and planted specific wetland plants that will benefit this unique ecosystem. The new planting will not only help the environment, it is also part of a research project for current Wright State students.

In Celina, our volunteers worked on a service project at Grand Lake St. Marys on Saturday, April 20. Alumni volunteers collaborated with area residents to spend their morning volunteering for The Annual Lake Cleanup Day. This annual project is part of the lake improvement for Grand Lake St. Marys.
